New Lithium Battery, 20 Times Longer Lasting
Written by Admin on Tuesday, June 3rd, 2008 in Battery, News.

The Japanesse scientist has found a new kind of lithium ion battery. This battery is claimed will store 20 times the power, cheap and easily mass produced. The scientists are the association of several institutions: Hitachi Maxell, Nagasaki University, Niaist, and Fuji Heavy Industries. To achieve this result, nano-infused lithium with manganese is used to replace cobalts. Cobalts is an expensive staple of today’s lithium ion batteries. I just can wait to buy one for my notebook.
