Samsung i900 OMNIA, a Challenge for iPhone

Samsung has made a challenge to iPhone, LG Viewty or any other Windows mobile phone. Samsung announced the launch of its Windows mobile phone, i900 Omnia. With its 3G support and 5 MP camera will force the mobile phone market to compare their their choice with this phone.
The Samsung OMNIA will be commercially launched in the Southeast Asian market starting from June and will be available in the European market from July.
The Samsung i900 Omnia features:
- OS: Windows Mobile 6.1 Pro
- Display: 3.2 inch touch screen WideQVGA display (240 x 400 pixels)
- Network: quad-band GSM/GPRS/EDGE support plus HSDPA 7.2Mbps.
- Connectivity: Bluetooth A2DP
- GPS: Yes
- Radio: FM radio
- Camera: 5 Megapixel camera with auto-focus, face and smile detection and geotagging
- Storage: 8GB and 16 GB built-in flash storage plus microSD expansion up to another 16GB, all in a 12mm thick package.
- Special features: an accelerometer which will rotate the UI when it is turned, optical mouse
- User Interface: TouchWiz UI from the Samsung F480 which should make first time Windows Mobile users feel right at home.
