Nokia expands its product not only in mobile communication but also in other handheld as recently launches digital pen SU-27W. The use of this product is either for pc or for mobile phone. Its function is simply similar with virtual keyboard, everything written by this pen can be uploaded to mobile pen via Bluetooth v1.2 connection.
The data is technically saved after conversion process. Every character written will be converted as digital text format through handwriting recognition technology. Further, the data can be sent to Symbian S60 and S80 compatible mobile phone.
The digital pen has 1,3MB storage, similar to 100 pieces of A4 papers and external memory slot is not available. In powering this handheld, 180mAh Lithium Ion battery is used. This battery gives power for 20 hours standby mode and 3 hours writing.
Nokia digital pen SU-27W is available worldwide and the price is about US$ 240.
