3M, a multinational manufacturer based on US announced its revolutionary product, mini mobile projector. Its researchers has create compact LED-illumination projection device. Integration of this device to any handheld devices is not impossible, this will turn a handheld into an all in one gadget. It offers the efficiency on dimension (approximately the size of a wireless earpiece and less than half an inch thick), deliver high quality display and easy to integrate.
The mobile projector or mobile display from 3M, that is available now, will deliver luminous VGA resolution images. It is stated that this mini mobile display would indulge users the comfort of big screen display in the mobile handheld.
When it is integrated to a mobile phone, the technology may display high quality images through its LCOS (advanced liquid crystal on silicon). LCOS electronic imager is combined with 3M optical technology.
